I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms were large, and the bed was comfy, providing a modern, spacious, and slick ambiance. The location was excellent, right across from a major shopping area, cafes, and transport options. Despite some service hiccups, the staff was ultimately helpful. The dining options were varied, offering local and Western cuisines. The facilities were top-notch, enhancing my overall experience.
The hotel is ideally located in the bustling downtown area, surrounded by a variety of shops, restaurants, and attractions. While the rooms were clean and free from smoke odor, there was a slight issue with a urine smell, and the amenities didn't exude luxury like some other high-end hotels. Yet, the modern design and comfortable sitting area were welcoming.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms felt very luxurious and modern with great facilities; however, there was a strong odor of a mixture of smoking and mold, which was a downside. The location was perfect, surrounded by lots of dining options and close to major shopping areas. The service was sometimes confusing, but the staff was extremely friendly, resourceful, and professional, making my experience enjoyable. The dining options offered everything from local cuisine to Western food, catering to all tastes.
I had a great stay at the hotel! The rooms were excellent value for money, nice and big, and very spacious and comfortable, spanning over 600 sq. ft. The service was friendly and helpful, making sure my dish wasn't spicy as requested. The location was wonderful, surrounded by lots of local dining options and close to the Taikoo shopping area. The dining experience was delicious with perfect English and Asian-style dishes.
